We test the hardware and verify the specs, condition and battery health. Accepted units receive our Vodania Certified label, individual photos and an inspection report.

We ship it directly to you.

You buy the verified unit we hold, ready for dispatch. Vodania handles packing and tracked delivery to your Canadian address. The seller does not ship to the buyer.

Vodania Certified is our inspection standard, independent of Apple, Microsoft and Dell. Only accepted units that pass inspection are offered for purchase.

Who can supply computers to Vodania?

Only companies based in Canada supplying their own retired computers through an authorized representative. Submit a batch for review; acceptance, data removal, management release and consignment terms are agreed before shipment. We do not accept individual sellers. Canadian individuals and businesses can still buy from the store.

Is Vodania only available in Canada?

Yes. Vodania serves buyers in Canada and accepts inventory exclusively from Canadian companies. Individual suppliers are not accepted. Devices must be sent from a Canadian address, and buyer delivery and seller returns are within Canada only. All prices and payouts are in CAD. We do not offer international delivery or cross-border consignment.

How is this different from a classified listing?

A seller cannot simply post a laptop and ask you to trust them. Under the Vodania model, our company supplier ships the unit to us first. We physically inspect it, verify its identity, specs, condition and ownership evidence, and certify accepted units before listing. We hold the real unit and ship it directly to the buyer. This reduces exposure to fake listings and direct seller shipping; it is not a guarantee that fraud or disputes are impossible.

What does the 10% commission cover?

Inspection for accepted devices, product photography, listing and sale handling. The fee is 10% of the item sale price, excluding sales taxes and shipping. Seller inbound and return shipping, and buyer delivery, are separately agreed.

What if I’m not satisfied?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, no questions asked. We refund your payment in full, including original delivery, and provide free return shipping within Canada. No restocking fee or return costs. Email admin@vodania.com with your order number to receive a prepaid return label and instructions.

How do I pay?

Stripe card payment is our recommended option at Buy Now. Interac e-Transfer is also available: create an order to receive branded instructions with your exact CAD total and order reference. Vodania confirms payment before shipping. Read about payment options.

What happens if company devices don’t sell?

The pilot gives your company a choice after 45 days: approve unit price adjustments or request unsold devices back, with return shipping at the company’s expense. Batch consignment terms are agreed before sending equipment.

When can I buy a laptop?

Buy Now checks current Vodania stock before you choose your payment method. Only accepted, inspected units held by Vodania are available to purchase. If a model is unavailable, contact admin@vodania.com.
