We ship directly from Vodania’s held inventory to Canadian addresses. The supplier does not ship the laptop to you.
Dispatch and delivery estimates

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote destinations, weather or carrier disruption can take longer. If you need a particular arrival date, email your postal code and the laptop listing to admin@vodania.com before paying.
When the shipping clock starts
For Stripe card payments, dispatch preparation starts after payment confirmation. Interac orders start after Vodania verifies the actual bank deposit. Creating an order or sending a payment screenshot does not confirm receipt of funds.
Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries
Contact Vodania with your order number if tracking stops updating, a parcel is missing, or the laptop arrives damaged. We will review the delivery with you and the carrier. Your 14-day free-return guarantee starts when the laptop is delivered.
Returns use a prepaid label
Contact us to arrange a return. The corporate office address is for business correspondence; ship equipment to the address provided in your prepaid return instructions.
