Inspection and condition
The product page identifies the listed condition and the recorded inspection details for the unit. Battery health is a measured value when a reading is available; a laptop’s year or cosmetic grade alone cannot establish its battery health.
Manufacturer coverage and support after 14 days
Any remaining manufacturer warranty must be confirmed for the particular unit before purchase. Vodania certification is our own inspection standard, independent of Apple, Microsoft and Dell.
The coverage advertised by Vodania is the 14-day satisfaction guarantee. An additional fixed-term repair or replacement warranty is not currently advertised. If an issue arises later, contact our team so we can review the unit and available support. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
