Returns, payment concerns and delivery problems
For a return within 14 days of delivery, only your order number is needed; no reason is required. For a payment, delivery or product concern, describe the issue and the outcome you are requesting. Never email a card number, bank password or security code.
If the issue remains unresolved
Reply to the same email and request a management review by City of Hats Inc. We will review the order records and correspondence and respond with the next steps. Keep your receipt, the product description, tracking information and our messages.
You can also consult your provincial or territorial consumer affairs office. For questions about a payment-provider dispute process, contact your card issuer or financial institution; its rules and eligibility apply.
