How to return your laptop
- Email admin@vodania.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. You do not need to explain why.
- Vodania will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Use the return address on the label.
- Send the laptop back with the accessories supplied with your order. We refund your payment after receiving the return.
Before returning, back up your files and sign out of your personal accounts. Ask our team for help if you need it.
How refunds are paid
Card refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. For Interac orders, we arrange the refund directly with the verified purchaser. We confirm when the refund has been issued; your bank or card provider’s processing time may vary.
Before an order ships
If you want to cancel an order, contact us with your order number. For an Interac order, tell us whether you have already sent a transfer so we can reconcile payment before releasing the laptop. A return under the 14-day guarantee does not require a reason.
