Contact admin@vodania.com before investigation work starts to request cancellation and a refund. Include the order reference and business domain so the payment and work status can be checked.

If the agreed review cannot be undertaken

If Vodania cannot undertake the agreed review, the investigation payment will be refunded. Confirm source availability and delivery requirements during intake; unavailable coverage is not represented as checked.

Review each request against the order

Investigation work status and the accepted service scope must be checked before a refund decision.

Any statutory rights remain unaffected.
