01 · Payment confirmation

Stripe collects payment details and calculates applicable taxes. Vodania checks payment status directly with Stripe before marking the order paid. A paid order enters intake; it does not unlock an already completed investigation.

02 · Identify the business

The order records your business name, primary domain and payment contact email for manual intake. Business identification and the agreed scope must be confirmed before research. No passwords or internal business records are needed for this public review.

Private delivery arrangements and any report-viewing account requirements are confirmed during intake. Ask admin@vodania.com before paying if you need a particular delivery method.

03 · Review the public evidence

The target is 24–48 hours after business/domain identification and scope confirmation. Source availability and ambiguous matches can affect coverage. Observations, confidence, dates and limits accompany the recommended improvements.

04 · Verify the recipient

A saved Hat ID is only a delivery-setup request. It does not verify control of that Hat, deliver a report or establish permission to share private information. Recipient verification and the private delivery method must be arranged separately before report access is granted.

Any City of Hats account requirements must be confirmed separately. Saving a Hat ID does not automatically create an account, link a recipient or publish the report. Ask about delivery and account requirements before paying.

Private delivery, clear boundaries

Private delivery does not make the research process itself end-to-end encrypted. No automatic delivery or complete dark-web coverage is promised. Contact us if the agreed scope or delivery method cannot be supported.
