Information use

Your information has a specific purpose.

How the current order and intake flow uses information. Updated 14 October 2026.

Business and order details

Vodania receives the business name and primary domain you submit, the service-terms version and acceptance time, and an order reference. Payment records include checkout identifiers, payment status, total and related payment reference. After payment, Stripe’s payment contact email is recorded for order administration and intake.

If you save a Hat ID, it is recorded as a requested delivery recipient with verification pending. Do not submit credentials, recovery codes or internal records in the order form.

Payments and service providers

Card details are entered on Stripe, rather than on Vodania. Checkout can request billing details and tax information; Stripe processes these under its own terms and privacy information.

Business identification, public-source research and report preparation are handled separately from checkout. Any private delivery service and its account requirements are confirmed during intake.

Public evidence and technical records

The investigation uses relevant public website, domain, review and mention information and any permitted exposure metadata within the agreed scope. Public posts can contain personal information; findings should be limited to relevant business context.

The server receives ordinary request information such as IP address, URL and browser headers. The payment API uses an hourly keyed IP-derived identifier for rate limiting. The report preview itself is held in browser memory; the current page contains no analytics integration.

Retention and requests

Order records are retained for fulfillment and accounting under the existing service terms. A fixed retention period and detailed provider or log-retention schedule have not yet been published.

Contact admin@vodania.com for questions, correction or deletion requests. Entitlement must be verified before private records are disclosed or changed. Accounting or other applicable obligations may limit deletion.
