Monthly packages
Packages reserve 1, 2, 4, or 8 GPUs continuously for one selected GPU family. Every package has a three-month initial commitment and is billed monthly. Funding is requested only after capacity, configuration, monthly price, region and payment terms are confirmed.
Cancellation
During the initial three-month commitment, cancellation takes effect at the end of month three. After the initial term, the reservation renews monthly until cancelled before the next renewal date. The current paid month remains available through its billing period. Treatment of provider failure or unavailable confirmed capacity is stated in the order confirmation.
Privacy
Vodania processes business contact details, booking configuration, optional SSH public keys, payment references and security logs to review capacity and operate the service. Never submit private keys, passwords, card details or workload data through the booking form.
Acceptable use
Infrastructure may not be used for unlawful access, malware, credential theft, denial of service, spam, sanctions evasion, non-consensual surveillance or infringement. Customers remain responsible for code, data, exposed services and legal compliance.
Service levels
A calendar request is not guaranteed until confirmed. Any uptime, support target, maintenance window, remedy or service credit must appear in the accepted order form.
